You should know that for the safety and security of the Homeowners and their guests, Estrella del Mar is monitored by a 24-hour automated security recording system.

Please see the "Announcements" Section in the Homeowners Menu regarding an important change in how you should request service and maintenance.
Planning on Coming to Town?
POOL RULES
1) Estrella del Mar is a private residence and not a hotel.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
2) The pool area is open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:30 pm.
3) Caution - area is extremely slippery when wet.
4) Please shower before entering the pool. Excessive oils from
lotions may result in pool closure.
5) Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.
6) Children wearing diapers are not permitted in the pool.
7) No pets in the pool area.
8) No glass within the pool area.
9) Reserving lounges for later use is not permitted.
10) No portable music system unless used with headphones.
11) Owners or guests may be fined for violating pool rules.
