In order to ensure the safety and well being of the Homeowners and their guests at Estrella del Mar, please note the following: All gate entrances to Estrella del Mar must be kept locked at all times. Keeping gates and doors open by a door-stop or any other means is a violation of our rules and it is your responsibility that any deliveries, contractors and guests are aware of this. The gate at the bottom of the steps past the pool area requires that you use a key to throw the deadbolt after exiting the common area. Estrella del Mar is monitored by a 24 hour automated security recording system. You should know that any activities that break the rules of Estrella del Mar are possibly being recorded. Glass is strictly forbidden in the pool area. A single broken glass or bottle could, due to the injuries it could cause if it got into the pool, would necessitate that the pool be drained and cleaned, and the responsible party held accountable for associated costs.
